Rosalia

Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish for "Rosalia") She is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Her work has been in the margins of popular and traditional music since her teenage years, she has also delved into different music genres like Hip-Hop Soul and Trap. Her voice is described by no less an artist than the Flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, but with a bite like the old ones. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer the Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a huge commercial and critical hit that topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and eventually getting a Grammy. The hit single La Fama featuring the Weeknd appeared in 2021. Motomami was her third album that was full-length. It featured collaborations on songwriting with other artists and producers, including Cory Henry. The set was released in March 2022 following performances of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia is the first Spanish artist to have performed solo on the show. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman to be awarded both.
